Demo Request Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We process the company or store name, work email, optional phone number, industry, any customer question or notes you choose to provide, and the request date and time. Limited connection and verification data may also be processed to protect the form.

To prevent your entries from being lost when you return from this notice, the draft is kept only in your browser's session storage. It is not sent to our server before submission, is deleted after a successful submission and does not persist after the browser session ends.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We use the data to evaluate your request, contact you, schedule a call, prepare a relevant demo scenario, prevent abuse and maintain necessary security records. The processing is based on steps requested before entering a possible business relationship and our legitimate interest in operating a secure enquiry process.

This form is not consent to receive general marketing messages.

4. Collection and recipients

Data is collected electronically through the form and may be shared, only as needed, with the authorised Teknotel and isabeto team and with hosting, email and security providers used to receive and deliver the request securely.

Google reCAPTCHA is used for bot verification. Google may process connection, device, browser and risk-assessment data. Depending on Google's infrastructure, this data may be processed outside Türkiye. The company, email, phone and notes entered in the form are not added to the reCAPTCHA verification request. 5. Retention

Data is retained for the time needed to evaluate the demo request and establish a possible business relationship. When that process ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised unless an ongoing relationship, dispute or legal retention duty requires continued storage.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process your data, request access or correction, learn about recipients, request deletion when the relevant conditions apply, object to certain processing and seek a remedy for unlawful processing.
